Refund policy

Regular priced items bought in-store or on kingdomcouture.com will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase date. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Returned items: Must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, no stains, make up, spray tan, odors, or distinct smells including perfume, & with original tags, packaging (if applicable) & proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted & sent back to you.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping & handling costs which are non-refundable. IF item was a gift & there is no gift receipt, there will be a store credit.

To make sure all our customers have the best shopping experience, we may restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern.
