SHIPPING AND HANDLING 

We ship nationwide. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 5-10 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States.

Please note that Kingdom Couture is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as shipping times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. 

Please note all Express and Expedited parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives. 

Please be advised to retain proof of postage receipt as we unable to accept responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels incurred during transit to our boutique. Once your return parcel is received processing time is 7-10 business days to process your return. A standard shipping fee of $6.95 to US will be charged to your card in the event of an exchange for S&H.

In the event your item is damaged or defected please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. 

To make sure all our customers have the best shopping experience, we may restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern.
